A note on BLACK: choose Outliner permanent ink (010) if your maker has an orange coloured outer shell, and Black (100) water-based ink if your marker is black all over. The inks are not compatible.

Have used these markers for around 5 years now and would not ever go back. They are excellent. Ink price is a little on the high side though.
I love being able to refill my pens, and these bottles last for ages. They are well designed and very easy to use.
I'm still using markers I bought over 10 years ago because these refill inks are available. Excellent quality and range of colours. Easy to use and saves wastage from disposable pens.
The refill inks are wonderful - they are very easy to use and it's great to get decent mileage out of the refill bottles and to endlessly reuse the pens. I'm still using the same pens I've had for over 10 years!
100% brilliant products that hands down beat all the others. Reliable and strong pigmentation, and so good to refill pens and not keep throwing them out to buy more. Will never change brands from these pens.
Brilliant design. The little ball lid thing that you fill with ink provides a great amount of control with refilling. Great colour options.
Graphic Gear were amazing. I had my order delivered the next day on my doorstep in Tasmania. Great work guys.
I love that Neuland pens are refillable and come in considered packaging, minimising plastic waste. It's great being able to buy them locally from Graphic Gear too - it used to be quite an odyssey ordering them through the German portal.
